Nimbus of Love (“nimbusoflove.org”, “NoL”, “Nimbus”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) is a not-for-profit organization. The purpose of these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “TOS”) is to establish the agreement between you (“you” and “your”) and us. By accessing, using, or interacting on our website, forums, chat, or social networking sites, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
NOTE TO VISITORS UNDER THE AGE OF 16
People under the age of 16 must ask permission from their parent or guardian before viewing or using our website or services. Nimbus of Love does not request personal information from children under the age of 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian who must agree to monitor any activity or data collection on Nimbus of Love. Nimbus of Love and all contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Nimbus of Love, our licensors, or our providers. Such are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable license to access and use the services . You may access the materials only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You do not have permission to reproduce distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material, except as incidental to normal web browsing or for features of NoL that enable sharing via email, social media, linking, and other platforms expressly enabled by NoL.
Advertising and Endorsements
The NoL sites and community may present links to third-party websites, products, and / or services. We are not responsible for the availability or for the images, messages, content, or other material contained therein. Neither NoL nor affiliates shall be liable for any errors in content, losses, or damages of any sort incurred as a result of your interaction with third-party sites.
Financial Statement
Nimbus of Love is a not-for-profit organization. Membership is absolutely free. NoL does not regularly collect tithes and offerings during Christian services. However, we may occasionally hold fundraisers or otherwise be open to receiving monetary gifts in order to maintain services or to achieve otherwise specific goals. In such circumstances, detailed information will be presented directly on our website and / or directed by the Admin. Members and guests shall not be obligated to participate or otherwise provide payment.
Termination
You have the right to terminate or alter your membership at any time. Nimbus of Love reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify memberships or the provision of services any time at our discretion and without notice. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you do not comply with these Terms, if you jeopardize the safety or privacy of our members, guests, affiliates, or team, if you attempt to harass or exploit anyone, if you are willfully disruptive, or for any other reason.
Notification of Changes
NoL may modify these Terms without prior notice. The most current version will govern our relationship with you. We will attempt to notify you by email via the information we have on file. The active version will be found at https://nimbusoflove.org/tos-agreement. By continuing to access or interact with NoL after the modifications become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
